I am a registered patent attorney with a practice that focuses on patent prosecution in the US and internationally and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). With over 11 years of experience in intellectual property law and a background in medical computer science, I provide specialized legal services to inventors, startups, and established businesses seeking to protect their innovations.
I have extensive experience in a wide range of technology areas, including medical devices and systems, computer hardware and software, machine learning, GNSS technology, antennas, computer networks, imaging systems and image processing devices, and mechanical tools.
Prior to practicing law, I held academic research appointments at Harvard Medical School for 11 years conducting research in medical computer science, including surgical planning, medical image processing, visualization, and intraoperative navigation.
My practice combines technical expertise with strategic legal counsel to help clients navigate the complex landscape of intellectual property protection.
